Create an Employer Account on Handshake.
Streamline your employee search and stay top of mind with multiple candidates with Handshake. Engaging with students through this platform could potentially reduce your hiring time and on the right track.
Handshake is also the place to gain access to job fairs and other hiring events. Be sure to connect with our institution so that you can be part of the Marion Campus Job Fair. This event is held annually during the spring semester and is in conjunction with Ohio State Marion, Tri-Rivers Career Center and OhioMeansJobs-Marion.
Internships
Students in many of our academic programs must complete some form of work-based learning, such as clinicals, practicums and internships. These work-based learning opportunities are integrated into the curriculum to incorporate classroom knowledge with real-world work.
Career Services oversees internships in the Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Criminal Justice, and Behavioral Health degree programs. These experiential learning opportunities take place during the fall, spring, or summer semesters and start with a minimum of 150 hours.
If you are interested in having an intern at your company, contact us at careers@mtc.edu.
