What is esports?

Esports is a video game-based sport, most commonly taking the form of a collaborative, organized multiplayer competition. Games are played upon high-powered gaming computers, with games from many genres, including real-time strategy, fighting, first-person shooter (FPS), and multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA). The number of players per team is typically dictated by the game being played. We’ve partnered with NACE, the National Association of Collegiate Esports, to build a competitive and exciting program in which players will compete with other schools.
