We are proud to be a community and educational resource for students, job seekers, employers, and Marion residents. Our work goes well beyond the scope of traditional higher education.
We partner with area high schools to create pathways to college where students can earn high school and college credit – before graduating from high school. Formerly known as “dual enrollment” or “post-secondary enrollment,” College Credit Plus (CCP) is a great opportunity for local high school students.
Visit our CCP website for more information.
Anyone can take non-credit classes to explore an area of interest, improve skills, and increase job prospects through partnerships with Tooling U, Ed2Go, and more. Most of these classes are offered online and can be completed from home.
Exclusively for lifelong learners age 50 and older, our Learning Enrichment Institute (LEI) provides short-term, non-credit courses that promote creativity, freethinking, and personal growth and development.
Every year, our Center for Workforce Development (CWD) provides training, employee selection, assessments and certifications, and employment resources to companies and organizations to reduce turnover cost by selecting the right people, the first time.
We provide more than $10 million in grants, scholarships, loans, and other college financial aid to MTC students each year.
We contribute to our local economy by employing hundreds of local residents. Search for available positions today.
