Gretchen Schmuck, M.S.

Biography

Gretchen has two French bulldogs, Kingsley and Poppi Lou, who keep life entertaining at home. She loves to travel, especially to warm destinations, and her most recent trip was a week in Cozumel. She is also a big Ohio State football fan and tries to attend at least one game each year. Since completing a Master of Science in Nursing Education in June, she has returned to reading for fun, enjoying adventure-focused books as well as novels adapted into movies.

Gretchen’s educational journey includes an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marion Technical College, and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University. She is especially proud to have been the first graduate of Marion Technical College’s BSN program! Moving forward, Gretchen will be teaching NUR 2400 Laboratory classes.
