Eric Lehnhart, M.B.A.

Biography

Eric comes to us with 30 years of experience in law enforcement, public administration, and public service leadership. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from North Central State College. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Force Science Analyst, Master Crime Scene Investigator, Master Criminal Investigator, and an Ohio Advanced (Intermediate) Emergency Medical Technician.

Before joining Marion Technical College, Eric served as an adjunct faculty member at both Tiffin University and North Central State College, teaching criminal justice courses and developing curriculum that connected classroom theory with real-world practice.

His professional experience includes executive leadership roles within multiple nonprofits, where he has managed startups, organizational operations, and strategic initiatives.
