Biography

James joins Marion Technical College as a full-time Business Faculty member in Supply Chain & Logistics and Entrepreneurship. With over 30 years of experience spanning education, consulting, healthcare, logistics, retail, and the U.S. Army, James brings a practical, strengths-based approach to teaching and learning. He holds three master’s degrees and is a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach. James operates at the intersection of analog reflection and digital execution, thoughtfully integrating AI to support learning, creativity, and application. He looks forward to preparing students for success in today’s dynamic supply chain and entrepreneurial environments.
