Lorna Condit, Ph.D.

Associate Director of the Multiliteracy Center at Ashland University. Previously, she taught English at Western Governors University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Lorna received her interdisciplinary Ph.D. in English and Religious Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master’s in English from Northwest Missouri State University and a Master’s in Education: Learning and Technology from WGU. Lorna is the mother of four feline fur babies, officially qualifying her as a crazy cat lady. She is also a lay minister in her church with an interest in trauma-informed ministry. Her favorite pastimes include reading gothic and supernatural fiction while relaxing on her porch swing, scrapbooking and visual journaling, and puzzles of all sorts. She is also a great fan of musicals, ranging from Rodgers and Hammerstein to Andrew Lloyd Weber to Disney, and hopes to one day see Doctor Who: the Musical.
