Payments
Balances prior to Fall 2026 will remain available for viewing in MyInfo. Fall 2026 and future balances will be available in Colleague Self-Service, with online payments beginning July 6th. After July 27th students can make payments in Colleague on prior balances. Cash and check payments will continue to be accepted by the Business Office during this transition.

Instructions to check your payment balance
MTC does not mail tuition and fee statements each term, so it is important for you to know how to review your current balance status online.
To view fee information online:

You will go to Colleague Self-Service.

Log in using your username and password.

Select Account Activity.

Choose the appropriate term from the dropdown menu.

Click Expand All to view detailed line-item charges and payments.

To print your statement and class schedule, select View Statement.
- You will go to Colleague Self-Service.
- Log in using your username and password.
- Select Make a Payment
- Select the next link to take you to our third-party payment processer.
- Sign in using the same Single Sign On credentials.
- Under Summary choose Enroll in Payment Plan
- The screens will walk you through the payment deadlines, enrollment fee, and allow you to sign up for automatic payment.
You may make a payment online, by phone, or in person. If you do not have access to the internet, you may contact the MTC Business Office for your balance. You may also request to use MTC’s Deferred Payment Plan (4 easy payments) online at the Finances page or in person.
Financial aid is credited to your balance if awarded and processed on time. This may include grants, loans, scholarships, and other types of assistance. Unsure about your financial aid status? Contact Financial Aid at 740-389-4636, ext. 4201, or send an e-mail to financial-aid@mtc.edu.
