Marion Tech Seeks Companies for College Student Job Shadowing

Marion Technical College is seeking a variety of companies to allow students a window into how their organization works. The JobsXP event allows small groups of high school students taking college classes through the College Credit Plus program to job shadow.

You have an opportunity to help high-achieving students learn more about possible careers.

When:

Students interested in health care and social work will visit relevant agencies on June 20 from approximately 9 a.m. to noon. Students interested in business and all other agencies will visit the morning of July 11.

(For example: one business may host a small group to talk to engineers; another small group to meet with a marketing department; a third for human resources, payroll and the business office, if so desired.)
