STUDENT COMPLAINT PROCESS
Marion Technical College encourages students to make every effort possible to resolve complaints by working informally with the person(s) whose actions or inactions have caused the dissatisfaction, or with that person’s immediate supervisor.
If the complaint cannot be resolved informally, the student may file a formal complaint by completing and submitting a Formal Student Complaint Form.
This form should not be used to file complaints concerning grade appeals, financial aid appeals, sexual harassment, or discrimination as they are covered under other policies.
FORMAL STUDENT COMPLAINT FORM
INSTRUCTIONS: This form is to be completed in accordance with MTC’s Student Complaint Policy #440. All fields are required.
The information you provide will be shared with appropriate individuals within the College in an effort to resolve your complaint. By submitting this form, you are giving the College permission to contact students and employees to discuss your complaint.
