Section Transfers

A student may change sections of courses after the drop/add period by completing a section transfer authorization form.
Transferring may be done after the fifth (5) business day of the term, through the tenth (10) business day before the end of the term with permission of the instructor and the signature of the department head. A business day is considered any day that the Office of Student Records is open.

Procedures:

The student shall complete a section transfer authorization form.  He/she will have the new instructor and the department head sign the form.  The Office of Student Records retains the original and distributes other copies to the Academic area.
