Marion Technical College is a state-supported institution. Since this support represents only a portion of MTC's operating income, tuition and fees are charged to students to help meet the College's instructional and general expenditures.

Did you know?
The State of Ohio provides 39 percent of the College's revenue through two state subsidies: the State Share of Instruction and Access Challenge. The rest of the College's revenue comes primarily from tuition and fees. Without the State's support, MTC's tuition would have to be increased by at least $83 above the current rate of $166 per credit hour.
Fee Payment Deadline
Tuition and fees are due in full by the fee payment deadline prior to the start of each quarter.
