*The fee for this insurance is charged to all Nursing and Allied Health students registered for NUR 1010A, NUR 2010A, MAS 1050A, PTA 1010A, PTA 2210A, PTA 2990A, RAD 1100A, RAD 2200A, MSC 2250B, MLT 1400A, MLT 2810A, HSS 1100A, HSS 1500A, HSS 2500A, HSS 2960A, HSS 2970A, MSC 1420A or MSC 1550. This insurance is required by outside agencies and institutions before you can participate in clinical experiences. Coverage is for the entire academic year and is nonrefundable if you should withdraw from classes. The premium is established by the insurance carrier and is currently $17. A complete description of the coverage is available from your department dean or director or in the Business Office. **The fee for this insurance is charged to all students registered for NUR 1000A. Note: This is a separate type of liability insurance than listed in the entry above.
