Tyler Maley

Biography

Tyler Maley is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at MTC. Tyler currently teaches and coordinates Quantitative Reasoning, Statistics, Discrete Mathematics, Calculus I, Calculus II, and Linear Algebra. He began teaching in 2010 and has helped secure multiple grants to provide a better learning experience for MTC students. Tyler currently chairs the Mathematics Innovation Team and serves on multiple college committees. As a member of Ohio’s Mathematics Chairs Network and Ohio Mathematics Initiative, Tyler has deep research interests in undergraduate teaching in mathematics. Tyler is also leading the Guided Pathways Project at MTC.
