TAMI S. GALLOWAY, Job Development Coordinator, is responsible for providing assessment services to business and industry through the SkillsMAX Center at MTC. She also acts as liaison between MTC and various community agencies and employers in the nine-county area. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Ohio University. Tami has over 23 years providing a variety of services to individuals as well as companies in training and employment services. She is certified by SHL, Brainbench, PAN, VUE, and Sterling to provide assessment services and Job Profiles and a certified facilitator for Achieve-Global. Tami is a member of Ohio Continuing Higher Education Association, EnterpriseOhio, Marion Goodwill Board of Trustees, local and regional Workforce Policy Boards, and the Community Employment Services Board of the Marion County Board of MR/DD.
