What do other companies say about the CWD and its services?
“The staff has been very helpful in determining, with input, our company's training needs and then, through the utilization of CWD and the community, arranging customized training. The training solutions have produced measureable results.”
Molly Baldosser, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Marion Goodwill, Inc. “The DiSC training is a part of the overall training strategy for Sika employees. This training does a couple things. It helps us understand ourselves a little better, and helps us understand others a little better too. The most beneficial part of the learning process is improving communications! We are more aware of how our style influences what we say as well as what we hear.”
Brenda Rhodes, Sika Corporation
