ABLE | What is ABLE | ABLE Sites | ABLE Orientation Schedule | ABLE Student Handbook

Current ABLE sites

MTC ABLE provides free classes to adults who want to improve their math, writing or reading in order to enter college or another training program, gain employment or study for the G.E.D. Tests. 

Classes are held in Marion, Upper Sandusky and Mt. Gilead. Day and evening classes are available. Students must complete ABLE orientation before they
will be assigned to a class site. Please refer to “What are ABLE classes?

Students must complete ABLE orientation before joining class

Goodwill Education and Training Center
345 East Fairgrounds St.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9 am to noon

Mt. Gilead
Students must complete ABLE orientation before joining class

Mt Gilead Public Library
41 East High St. Lower level meeting room
Tuesday and Wednesday 10:30 am to 1:30 pm

Upper Sandusky
Students must complete ABLE orientation before joining class

Wyandot Department of Job and Family Services
120 East Johnson St.
Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 12:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 6 to 8:30 pm

What if I need to pass the G.E.D. Tests?
It is not necessary to take classes in order to take the G.E.D. Tests.

Please read the G.E.D. Test requirements found at  You are responsible for applying, registering and choosing a test site. All G.E.D.Test registration is handled only online.
