Partnership program launched to serve companies and individuals.

Benefits for both individuals and employers announced!
Over the past year, MTC’s Office of Career Services and The Center for Workforce Development have collaborated to develop a program of services to pro-actively recruit employers and individuals, and create job matches between employers and qualified individuals. This new program, MTC Works!, provides follow up with employers and matched employees at two weeks, one month and three month intervals. Since May 2008, MTC Works! has assisted over 100 individuals and 104 employers.
“I am very pleased with the candidate referred by MTC Works! for the Teller Position at Fahey Bank East, Marion. We advertised for this position and received over 100 resumes. The candidate referred by MTC Works! is an excellent fit and better than any of the 100 resumes we received in response to the advertisement. Great job!”
