Schedule a Campus Visit
We encourage you to visit Marion Technical College. The most effective way is to schedule an appointment for one of our Admission Welcome Sessions. Contact the office of Admission by calling 740.389.4636 or send and e-mail requesting information to enroll@mtc.edu.
- Admission Welcome Sessions: Are offered at various times. Topics include admission steps and requirements, academic program details, financial aid and cost, basic skill assessment details and other related information. Campus Tours are available upon request. Day or evening appointments are available by calling (740)389-4636.
- Special Campus Visit Events: There are a number of special campus visit programs including the Marion Area College Night, Fantastic Friday for high school students (October), Adult Student Workshop (August and February), Student registration days (Quarterly). Review the EVENTS CALENDAR for details or contact the Office of Admission.
- Telephone Information Session: If you have questions and would like to speak to an Admission Counselor, contact the Office of Admission at 740.389.4636 and ask for one of the Admission Staff Members. If you are calling long distance, simply inform the Admission Counselor and they will call you back, especially if you need detailed information.
- Adult and High School Evening Welcome Sessions: From September through May, MTC offers adult students and students in high school or recently graduated, special evening Welcome Sessions. These events are usually held two to three times each month and family and friends are also welcome to attend. The one hour session will include meeting with an admission counselor and option to tour the Marion Campus. Reservations are required. Contact the Office of Admission at (740)389-4636 or enroll@mtc.edu to confirm your visit to Marion Technical College.
- Health Welcome Sessions: From September through May on Mondays at 10:00am. These sessions are provided for all students interested in our Associate Degree Healthcare Programs. Information on degree requirements, special admission criteria, waiting lists, strategies for success, and financial aid are presented.
